Extras / Up-Sales
Extras are a great way to sell other products in addition to a ticket during a customer’s purchase process. An extra may include, but not limited to: camping tickets, merchandise, raffle tickets, donations, parking permits, specials.
By default, each purchased extra will send the customer an “Extras Voucher” which will have its own unique QR code.
To Add an Extra:
- Select “Extras” from the left panel
- Enter the Name of the Extra eg. T-Shirt Medium
- Enter the Price per unit
- Enter the total Quantity of the Extra that is sellable
- Enter the Minimum and Maximum quantity that must be purchased in a single transaction
- Enter the Description for the extra
- Select if you would like the Extra to be Visible or Invisible on the event page
- Tick “Do not send vouchers to customer” if you would not like a voucher to be sent to the customer regarding the extra (eg. In the case of a donation)
- Upload an Image of the extra (optional)
- Select which ticket types that are applicable for this extra. Only purchases with these selected ticket types will be shown this extra upsale during checkout
- Select “Save & Exit”
