Discount Codes

Discount codes can be offered to customers to reduce the price of an order. To add/configure, enter a specific event in the Dashboard and select "Discount Codes" from the left menu.

Click "Add Discount" to create a new discount code. Input a single discount code, using alphanumeric characters with no space, or select "Multiple Codes" from the drop down box to add multiple.

For multiple codes, enter each code in a separate line. Tip: You can paste multiple codes from an excel column directly into this field

Once you enter your code:

• Discount Amount - Can be a Fixed Amount ($) or a Percentage of the ticket price (%)
• Applies To - Select if you would like the discount to be applied to each ticket or to the total order. This option is not relevant if your discount is a percentage of ticket price (as the result would be the same).
• Total uses - Select the number of times this discount code can be used
• Status – Enable or disable the code from being used
• Discount Code Start Time / End Time - Select the time period during which the code will be active. If left blank, the code will be active at all times.
• Ticket Types - This will select which ticket types the discount code will apply to. By default the code will apply to all tickets.

Note: For multiple code uploads, the discount codes may take some time to appear depending on how many codes have been created. Refresh the Discount Codes page to view all the discount codes once uploaded.

Discount code usage will be displayed either on the "Discount Codes" page next to each code, or alternatively in the "Sales / Analytics" page in the "Live Sales" section.
