Automatic Email Reports
Automatic Email Reports can be sent to selected members of your team.
- Inside your event Dashboard, select “Reports / Tracking” from the left menu
- Enter the email address to receive reports, and select "Add"
- Tick the box below the header relevant to the report you would like to receive:
- Daily Sales – Receive a daily PDF report every day at the time specified using the drop down box below
- Sales Notification – Receive an email every time a purchase is made for this event with the purchase details and any custom questions.
- Settlement Report – Receive a PDF of final sales and settlement information 30 minutes after ticket sales are closed.
- Door List – Receive full customer and ticket list 30 minutes after ticket sales close in CSV format.
- Opt-in List – Receive customer opt-ins 30 minutes after ticket sales close in CSV format.
