Automatic Email Reports

Automatic Email Reports can be sent to selected members of your team.

  • Inside your event Dashboard, select “Reports / Tracking” from the left menu
  • Enter the email address to receive reports, and select "Add"
  • Tick the box below the header relevant to the report you would like to receive: 
  • Daily Sales – Receive a daily PDF report every day at the time specified using the drop down box below
  • Sales Notification – Receive an email every time a purchase is made for this event with the purchase details and any custom questions. 
  • Settlement Report – Receive a PDF of final sales and settlement information 30 minutes after ticket sales are closed.
  • Door List – Receive full customer and ticket list 30 minutes after ticket sales close in CSV format.
  • Opt-in List – Receive customer opt-ins 30 minutes after ticket sales close in CSV format.
