Advanced Reporting

For more detailed reports on on orders, customers and tickets, select "Reports" on the left hand side of your dashboard.

From here, you can view detailed reports for one or more events, and export this data as an Excel spreadsheet. Columns can also be clicked to re-order lists, and dragged/dropped to change their order.

Orders:

Reports in this section will display all information on a per order basis. This means each row will be an order which may contain one or more tickets.

  • Completed Orders – This will show all successful orders for one or more events, including customer information, total sales value and discount codes.
  • Completed Orders Detail – This will show more detail on all successful orders, including price breakdowns, customer information and other transaction details.
  • Abandoned Orders – This will show a list of orders that were initiated but not completed. Certain orders will have customer information (if they got past the register/login stage), and can be used to re-target prospective buyers.
  • Order Extras – Detailed report on extras that have been purchased for a particular event.
  • Discount Code Usage – A detailed report on all discount codes and their usage.
  • Financial Summary – This will detail all orders and their financial breakdowns, including all fees, extras and discounts.

Tickets:

  • Ticket summary – A list of tickets, QR codes, and their associated notes.
  • Ticket details – A list of tickets, with detailed customer information and answers to specific custom questions. 
  • Scan Report – A list of tickets and their scanned time.

Customers:

  • All Customers – An entire list of all customers for one or more events
  • Opt-in Customers – A list of customers who have opted in to receive marketing from associated third parties and venues associated with one or more events.
