Manual Search for Ticket

To manually search for a ticket or order, select the Magnifying Glass on the bottom right hand corner of the scanning screen.Orders/tickets can be searched using name, order number or email address. 

Note: Please ensure the customer has validated their identity and ownership of a particular ticket before manually scanning them in. In the process of purchasing the ticket, if a customer checked out with Facebook the email address used will be the email address linked to their Facebook account.

Once the correct order is located: 

  • Select the “>” next to the correct name
  • Select “Scan” to validate the ticket
  • If there are multiple tickets and ALL patrons are present, you can select “Scan All”
  • If a “Scan” action button is greyed out, the ticket has already been scanned in
