App Troubleshooting Guide

Problem: The application has frozen or is not responsive

Solution: Force close the app ensuring that it is no longer running. If this doesn’t fix the issue, delete the app altogether from your device and install again from the app store.

Problem: Scanning is very slow

Solution: The scanning speed is dependent on the quality of the internet connection. If you are using a Wi-Fi network, try switching over to a 3G/4G mobile data connection. If connection is still poor, you may need to switch to offline scanning mode.

Problem: Tickets are showing as invalid but event details are correct

Solution: Check with the door manager that all child events have been linked to the parent / main event. If child events are linked, search the ticket name in the search bar. If you find the associated name, ensure the barcode number is the same. If it is correct, select "Scan". If it is incorrect or the name can't be found, the ticket is fraudulent.
